As a Senior Consultant with more than 29 years experience in the refining and petrochemicals industries, Steve supports Solomon’s performance improvement projects at client sites worldwide.

Before joining Solomon, Steve served as Operations Manager, Refinery Manager, Petrochemical Site Manager, and Commercial Manager for several international energy companies, including Petrofina and Total. Additionally, he has published articles in Oil and Gas Journal, made presentations at the NPRA Refining Conference, participated as a member of the NPRA Statistics Committee, and served as a board member of the Louisiana Chemical Association.

Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin.
