An Eastern Europe refining company has renewed Solomon Associates’ contract to provide ongoing support during its implementation of NCM³ profit improvements — the third such contract extension, said Charles Reith, vice president of consulting services. Solomon Associates applies NCM³ methodology to help clients close performance gaps by improving work practices and business processes, using industry best practices as a foundation.
Reith said the client also has hired Solomon Associates to perform an independent assessment of its proposed capital expansion project utilizing Q1 Day 1 methodology. Solomon’s Q1 Day 1 Consulting enables clients to ensure that planned facilities will achieve competitive performance targets.
