Solomon Associates announces hirings and promotions

Solomon Associates recently announced a number of hirings and promotions. Said company president Dale Emanuel: “The Solomon Associates team is steeped in hands-on operational experience, far exceeding the field experience of competing management consulting firms. It’s a big part of what sets us apart.”

Changes include:

  • Claire Cagnolatti was promoted to vice president of chemical studies. Claire has nearly three decades of experience with chemical and petrochemical manufacturers, including management positions at Occidental Chemical Company, Allied Corporation, and Stauffer Chemical Company.
  • Ed Platt was elevated to vice president of power. His 35-year career in the power generation industry includes management of TXU’s 18,925 MW of gas, oil, and coal generating capacity, encompassing 23 plant locations.
  • Eric Tiffany was named vice president of inside sales and special projects. Eric has significant expertise in business development, planning, and management, having worked with engineering consultants for more than two decades.
  • Stephen Wright was hired as a consultant in our U.K. office. Stephen joins Solomon Associates after three decades with Exxon and a major consulting firm.
