He relies on his extensive experience and knowledge to help clients around the world improve their performance.</p>
<p>Before joining Solomon in 2004, Charlie worked for a diverse range of organizations, including Malcolm Pirnie, Inc., Bell Constructors, Inc., and O&#8217;Brien &amp; Gere Engineers, Inc. Additionally, he has broad and in-depth knowledge of the consulting business, including experience with strategic planning, business development, risk management, team building, budgeting, and financial management. Charlie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Syracuse University.</p>
