Celia has been helping Solomon’s refining and petrochemical clients improve their operating performance since 2007, focusing on energy efficiency and organizational effectiveness. She is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt proficient in both MAIC and DFSS methodologies, which she applies to client projects along with her industry knowledge, business & risk analysis skills, Solomon’s extensive worldwide database, and NCM³ methodology.

Celia has more than a decade of industrial experience spanning research, product/business development, technical service, and project management. She holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering/Polymer Science from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
