With more than 20 years experience in industrial consulting, Charlie heads Solomon’s Consulting Services vertical as Vice President. He relies on his extensive experience and knowledge to help clients around the world improve their performance.

Before joining Solomon in 2004, Charlie worked for a diverse range of organizations, including Malcolm Pirnie, Inc., Bell Constructors, Inc., and O’Brien & Gere Engineers, Inc. Additionally, he has broad and in-depth knowledge of the consulting business, including experience with strategic planning, business development, risk management, team building, budgeting, and financial management. Charlie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Syracuse University.
