Joining Solomon in 2004, Charles Reith is currently leading the growth of the Company’s Consulting business. With 27 years of experience, he has spent his career providing services to industrial clients, and now applies his experience to helping Solomon’s clients around the world improve their performance.

Charles’ experience includes engineering design, construction management and performance improvement consulting roles at U.S.-based firms. He has broad and in-depth knowledge of the consulting business, including experience with strategic planning, business development, risk management, team building, budgeting and financial management. His technical expertise lies in the field of environmental management and includes industrial water/wastewater treatment and air pollution control. Charles holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Syracuse University.
