As a Project Manager, Don Miller has been helping Solomon’s refining clients to improve their performance since 1996. With more than 35 years in the refining industry, Don draws on his experience in refinery operations to manage the database research and analysis for correlating factor and energy standard improvements in Solomon’s Worldwide Fuels Refinery studies.

As a licensed chemical engineer, Don leverages his background with companies including Total and ARCO Chemical in tandem with his expertise in technology, economics, benchmarking, and database manipulation to provide insight to clients around the world. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Tech University.
