Joe Waters has been helping Solomon’s Fuels clients improve their performance since 2004.  He applies his years of hands on experience in Refining to developing the advanced SQL and VBA programming tools necessary to efficiently manage and analyze the wealth of data gathered in the benchmarking process.

Prior to joining Solomon, Joe has held roles, most recently at ExxonMobil’s Baton Rouge refinery, in areas of process engineering, business development, financial analysis, and management including the role of Operations Supervisor and overall equipment owner for the largest FCC complex in the world. He is a chemical engineer and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Tech.
