As Senior Consultant and NCM³ Project Manager, John has been instrumental in delivering more than US $700 million per year in sustainable net cash margin improvements for Solomon’s chemicals, refining, pipeline, and terminals clients. His innovation, people skills, consulting expertise, and team leadership abilities keep him in high demand by Solomon clients.

Drawing on 32 years experience in chemical, power generation, refining, pharmaceutical, and food and beverage industries, John now manages teams of consultants in delivering profit improvements across all of Solomon’s client base industries. In addition to holding a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from New Mexico State University, he has amassed 18 issued and 2 pending U.S. patents in process modeling, optimization and control, air emissions monitoring, and process control benchmarking.
