Lawrie, Managing Director of Solomon’s European office, joined Solomon in 1990. He has participated in many assignments for individual clients investigating opportunities and proposing strategies for profit improvement. Lawrie currently serves as one of the main presenters of the company’s performance analysis presentations throughout Europe.

Prior to joining Solomon, Lawrie spent nearly two decades of his career with the Amoco Corporation where he worked in many refinery functions, eventually as Manager of Technical Service and Operations. He has also served as a key adviser to the former East German government agency responsible for refining strategies. He holds a masters degree in Advanced Chemical Engineering from the University of Manchester and is a chartered engineer.
