Valerie, Senior Consultant, is a process operations and energy specialist, and a key contributor to NCM³ and Q1 Day 1 projects for Solomon’s Refining vertical. She has an extensive background in the Refining industry, with more than 26 years experience in plant technical support, process reliability, troubleshooting, optimization, and design. This diverse background combined with strong technical skills has led to a high demand for Valerie to assist clients in developing practical solutions to a wide range of problems.

Before joining Solomon in 2007, Valerie spent the majority of her career at ExxonMobil Corporation in both operating plants and in Research and Engineering. Valerie holds a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Virginia and is a licensed professional engineer in Louisiana (#27139) and Virginia (#036131).
